Nino Kopaleishvili started working as a guest scholar at the Professorship of Higher Education in November, 2017. She holds a six-month fellowship of KAAD (Katholischer Akademischer Ausländer-Dienst). During her stay, she will conduct the research project on "Impact of Quality Assessment on Organizational Transformation of Universities: Reimagining university’s organizational culture".

Curriculum Vitae

Nino Kopaleishvili has a PhD in English Philology from Tbilisi State University (TSU) and a Master’s degree in International Education Development (IED) from Teachers College, Columbia University, New York. She also holds an International Certificate of Master’s degree in Journalism and Media Management from Washington-based International Center for Journalists (ICFJ). Before joining the Center of Higher Education at TU Dortmund, Nino worked for New Vision University (NVU) as head of Strategic Development Department. Her work experience includes collaborations with the Quality Assurance Agency, Ministry of Education, UN Headquarters, The Messenger and other media outlets at various times. She has also delivered lectures at HEIs in Georgia.
